Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fix That Shirt SAS ('Fix That Shirt', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), concerning your access to and use of the Fix That Shirt website and web application (the 'Site').

By accessing the Fix That Shirt website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Our Services

Fix That Shirt provides an online marketplace for:

User Requirements

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

1.You are at least 18 years old

2.All registration information you provide is true and accurate

3.You will maintain the accuracy of such information

4.You will not use the Fix That Shirt website for any illegal purpose

5.You will keep your password confidential

Nature of Services & Outcome

Repairs, alterations, upcycling, and other services offered by Fix That Shirt are artisanal, handcrafted services. They are performed within our available capacity and subject to the constraints of our workshop and team.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome or result of our services. The quality and appearance of the finished work depend on the condition of the garment, the materials, and the inherent variability of artisanal work. You accept that the service is provided on this basis.

Purchases & Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in Euros (€).

Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

EU Consumer Rights

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at contact@fixthatshirt.com with your order number.

Exception: If you have requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you may be liable for an amount proportional to the service already provided. The right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully performed.

Intellectual Property

The Fix That Shirt website and all content, including source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, text, photographs, and graphics are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited license to access and use the Fix That Shirt website for personal, non-commercial use only.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

•Use the Fix That Shirt website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

•Attempt to bypass security measures

•Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Fix That Shirt website

•Harass, abuse, or harm other users

•Upload viruses or malicious code

•Collect user information without consent

User Contributions

When you submit content (photos, reviews, messages), you represent that:

•You own or have rights to the content

•The content is accurate and not misleading

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Fix That Shirt website or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the one month prior to any claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. EU consumers retain protection provided by the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
